The cookbook is called Dom Perignon and is filled with recipes from the greatest chefs in the United Kingdom including Tom Aikens, Jean-Christophe Novelli, Marco Pierre White, Michael Caines, and Angela Hartnett. The book also contains portraits of celebrities that were done by three famous artists.

Dom Perignon is being sold by a United Kingdom company called Decanter and it is bound in green leather called Galuchat. The leather itself is exquisite as it can only come from the hide of a Japanese ray, a very rare animal. To make it a true collector’s item, there are only thirty copies in print. Just another reason why this cookbook may be considered one of the greats and is certainly the most expensive.

The book costs approximately $2,000 USD but there are unbound copies available for $80 USD. The book can be purchased only through Decanter.
