The Exkate X-24 Electric Skateboard/PowerBoard is one impressive piece of equipment. It is a 54″L x 10″W longboard and has a fully proportional wireless remote control for acceleration and braking, and a 750 watt motor. It reaches twenty miles per hour in about four seconds and will cruise at this speed for around 10 to 12 miles. It has a rider capacity of 275 pounds and a turning radius of ten feet. The wireless, handheld controller uses the rider’s own body to send signals to the board and ensures smooth, variable acceleration and braking with a three position speed switch (slow-medium-fast). It comes in black with a choice of red or blue trim.
