The world’s most expensive bottle of gin is Revelation created by designer Karim Rashid and Baccarat, one of the world’s oldest jewelers, in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire. It is made of Baccarat’s fine blue crystal, Garrard, in the shape of a ten-sided gem, representing the ten botanicals used to created the gin. The Revelation Bombay Sapphire gin is a very limited series of five bottles, each with a unique setting of sapphires on the stopper – smaller stones surround a large center stone. Each of the bottles is filled with Bombay Sapphire gin, of course, with its extraordinary flavor and balance. To own one of these, the cost is $200,000. But don’t worry, the money is well spent. All profits from the sale of Revelation go towards a children’s charity, The Smile Train.
